On The Map!

"You Are Here" is now showing, following an International Open Call: exploring maps and mapping in living artists' works.

So excited to announce that from 400 submissions, I was 1 of 50 artists selected.

My submission, "Overture in The Sound Tube", is inspired by travelling through the Citylink Sound Tube in Parkville, Victoria. With music playing loudly, I turned to see the Citylink Red Sticks – so cool. One of the first great memories I have, of moving to Melbourne in 2013. The colours were selected from visiting the location where I also took notes on shapes, patterns and textures.

So excited to be part of this fabulous line up of international artists.

"Overture in The Sound Tube" is available in my shop, along with many other unique pieces, ranging from Only $45.

Great gift ideas for yourself or your loved ones, this Christmas? Visit my shop for lots of original artworks, including 3 new works on paper.

I look forward to finishing and sharing a few new pieces that are currently in progress. I will also give you more information about my submission into the Nillumbik Art Prize 2021 and the inspiration behind it.

Until next time, stay clean, well hydrated and smile more often than you frown.
