Only quality materials are used to create the artworks.

Peta Tranquille is environmentally conscious and will endeavour to use recycled materials for shipping, when possible.

Shipping

All shipping within Australia is free and included in the price. International shipping can be arranged but will cost increase the purchase price.

Return Policy

 

Peta Tranquille, the artist, understands that when you get your purchase home, sometimes, it just doesn’t look like you thought it would. If this happens please send an email to arrange a return. This must be done promptly as the artwork needs to be returned within 7 working days from delivery.

 

All that I ask is that the artwork must be repackage as it was when delivered, and I will arrange for the work to be picked up and returned. The cost of return shipping will be covered by the purchaser and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been received. If the art is returned in any condition less than when it was sent originally, the purchaser will have the cost subtracted from their refund.

Returns are not available for items damaged in shipment. These will be covered as part of the insurance attached to the delivery and the purchaser will be covered for any damaged art bought from this website.
